Scattered on tables they make a wonderful decoration that guests can take home to grow. The plantable hearts are chock full of a mix of perennial and annual flower seeds embedded right in the paper — confetti you can grow. Map paper makes up the reverse side. Add to table settings and wedding favors as a perfect way to celebrate of all the places you've gone and will go together.


...... SPECIFIC MAP LOCATIONS? .....
We are happy to source maps, but because we are not located in a major metropolitan area, we do not have access to maps from all over the world. Our access is limited to only the maps we can find locally. If you should need a specific location, we encourage you to find and send those maps to us to use to make your hearts specifically. There is an extra cost for specific maps that we must acquire. If any old map/atlas will do, there is no extra charge and there is no extra charge for using maps that you send to us. We need at least 8x12 inches of map for every 50 hearts in the 1-inch size. In the 2-inch size, we need 8x12 inches of map for every 20 hearts.

Hearts are just about 1 inch - quarter size. You may also choose a larger, 2-inch size. The maps currently in use are from a variety of US and European areas. All hearts are made-to-order. Map hearts are white on the other side.

White for the reverse is standard. If you would like a color not included in the dropdown menu, please let us know in the special instructions box at checkout.

Color choices: White, cream, beige, tan, pale yellow, sunshine yellow, baby blue, baby pink, peach, mint green, seafoam green, lilac, and light gray. Lighter colors look best, but please be aware that some types of maps and some colors can show some discoloration. It's hard to predict with any accuracy how extensive any discoloration will be if there is some. If this would present a problem for you, please contact us. Otherwise, consider it like we do ~ a part of the vintage look and charm of handmade things.

We make each batch of hearts new and fresh to order, so please let us know in the notes to seller box at checkout which color/s you'd like. For the maps, please let us know if you'd like anything available regardless of location, if you will be sending us the map, or if we'll need to acquire a map for a specific location (please allow for additional time and cost).

All paper is made to order to maintain freshness. This time of year, most orders ship out within 1-2 weeks. If you have concerns or need a rush order sooner than this, please contact me first. There is a $28 rush order charge that is necessary for faster delivery.

Whenever possible, I recommend to time the production and shipment of orders to arrive about 2-3 weeks before the event date to ensure they arrive with plenty of time to spare, and are also maximum freshness. 

Shipping is via Priority mail for all US addresses.

We ship internationally. Orders valued over $100 must go by delivery service with tracking. Shipping charges are $35 and up depending on the destination, and although it is expensive, it is fast and reliable and when it's for your wedding, I want to be sure the package will get there in a timely fashion! Due to customs restrictions on seeds, we are unable to ship to New Zealand.
