Each handmade plantable paper bookmark is embedded with garden flower seeds and can be planted to grow. Just plant the flower seed paper on fertile soil in warm sunlight and keep it wet to grow. A garden of pretty flowers await, a sweet remembrance for years to come. The flower seeds are selected for their ability to germinate, re-seed and grow again.

Chose your color/s and design. We create these to suit you and the needs of your event, whether for a wedding, baby shower, school function, or memorial service. Please let us know how we can customize these for your event. We have pictured a few examples of styles we have created and we are happy to work with you to realize your artistic vision of what you'd like. Some of those shown are for Earth Day (school event) and Mother's Day.

You are not limited to the artwork and wording pictured, we can use artwork and text you supply, as well as work with you to create something new. For more info, please see below, or contact us. We are also happy to supply plain, unprinted bookmarks. If you'd like those instead, let us know.

The bookmarks are two pieces ~ a top printed piece that is semi-transparent, and a bottom colorful piece that is plantable. You need to tie them together on arrival (ties are included). If you can tie the pieces together, DIY style, there is a reduced price. There is also an option in the checkout menu for options that is for 'finished' bookmarks. The finished bookmarks are already tied together.

- Sample Graphic Choices: Butterfly, flower cherry blossom, snowflake, heart, baby bootie, maple leaf, birch leaf, love birds, open books, holly branches, earth, etc. The size of graphic determines space available for a poem or message. Please be aware that not all poems will fit. Size limit is about 30-40 words.

- Custom Designs: If you'd like a completely different design for your bookmark, we are happy to put our design skills to work or to use your artwork, graphics, text, etc. If you supply the artwork and text, or use one of our existing graphics, our design fee is minimal. We have many choices available and are happy to work with you!

All paper is made-to-order to promote freshness. Through winter, the wait time after most orders are placed is about 4-7 business days before an order ships. During spring and summer, orders can take longer, typically 1-3 weeks. If you need your order within a specific time frame, please contact us to see if your order can arrive in time. You are always welcome to upgrade to faster shipping options at checkout.
